Worst Service Provider: House of kicks - Sneaker Closet

On the 8th of March 2023, I ordered and paid for YEEZY FOAM RNNR × 1 UK4 / Sand online and paid for them with the delivery said to be done in 3 - 5 days. After 5 days I enquired about delivery at *** . I didn't get a response. A few days after the enquiry I received an email from Aramex with a tracking number and delivery was made. To my disappointment When I opened the package on 22 March 2023, there was a red jordan cap in it instead of my shoes. I called the number on the delivered package and sent a whatsapp ***) no response. I emailed and called. No response. To this day I do not have my kicks.
