Pathetic service from HOK

We ordered an Olive and silver ring from HOK. The wrong ring (a 5-cent piece silver ring) was delivered. We queried it and they said they will deliver the correct ring and collect the wrong one. The new ring was delivered, but the first ring wasn't collected as agreed. The second ring was also the incorrect one. The order was for a broad band ring, we received a narrow band ring. Once again we queried it and was told that we didn't specify the width of the ring. This is absolute ********, as you have to choose both the width and size when you order. They arranged for the courier company to collect the incorrect rings, which they duly collected. After waiting another week, we received what we thought would be the \correct size and width"ring"
