Thanks for great service and going the extra mile

I recently damaged the frame of my Glyder sunglasses and the frame broke. I phoned House of JD who is the distributor of Glyder sunglasses and they informed me that the frame is already out of it's 12 month warranty. However they were willing to send me another frame free of charge, all I had to do was pay the courier delivery fee. I did so and received my new frame the next day. I fitted the glasses into the new frame and my sunglasses were as good as new. Nicole, thanks for great service and feedback. Thanks for going the extra mile :-)
