Refund not processed for two months .

I have never received such bad service so I paid for my graduation attire on the 10th of May 2022.Graduations were canceled.I then requested my refund on the 16th of May.I was then told to shard my number for an ewallet transfer of which I refused becausethats not how you do business. Never mind the fact that I just dont do ATMs.I sent them my proof of banking ect.Guys I've been emailing and calling these people for nearly two months and still I have received my refund.Be warned graduates stay away from them.Their customer service is beyond shocking the lady who was suppose to process my refund is Lisa there operations manager.
