Incompetancy&don't care attitude!

Pretoria/Hatfield branch of the House of Graduates shop is ***********! My daughter ordered a graduation gown for her graduation on 14May 2024 only to receive a wrong colour hood and band!!

Can't they read or they just don't care they only care about the money we pay!! When I called their head office in Durban the lady cut me off instead of transferring me to the manager!

Iam so upset right now!
