Bad, bad service at House of Foams jn Lyttelton

What an unfortunate series of event I have just encountered at House of Foams in Lyttelton. Unfriendly sales consultant and a disgrace to the retail industry. The latter is also the owner. What ever happened to the saying: "The customer is always right"? I guess the people at House of Foams clearly does not live up to this! Not to mention their prices. The co-owner faired dismally to salvage the crises but to no avail. As a matter of fact he just worsened the situation in an attempt to save the ordeal of what was occurring. Please take my humble advice and stay away from House of Foams in Lyttelton to retain your sanity. Or should you wish to persue the unknown then be warned that you might just have to compromise your festive cheer! Highly dissappointed in the service and rest assured that this experience will most surely be shared with my friends whilst contemplating on the facts on whether to proceed with further actions or not.
