Very bad customer service and deliveries take forever

Their customer service is very bad. They don’t communicate either or assist when you ask for answers. Don’t order from them if you know you will need the item on the same month or for a trip or ceremony because you are likely going to receive your order much later than you anticipated. As you keep asking for feedback they come up with all sorts of excuses or just ignore you altogether.
