Defy House Of Demo Fridge Malfunction

I purchased a Defy double door fridge from House of Demo 2017 and it has never worked properly since I bought it. Upon purchasing the fridge I notified Mark that the fridge was not as cold as it should be and after much persistence he came to my house to check my fridge and reassured me that it would start getting colder as time passed. I decided to be patient and after noticing that there was no change I sent a Whatsapp to Mark again and he told me that without a receipt he would not be able to assist me that’s when I decided to call in a technician and paid a call out fee. The technician confirmed that the fridge had been welded at the back meaning the Defy fridge was old and had been re-gassed but due to the welding the gas was leaking causing the fridge to not function properly. When I notified Mark of these findings he told me that the fridge no longer had warranty. They are a **** do not buy any appliances from them.
