<p>My name is Keabetswe Ramatsue I work in Woodlands Boulevard on the 6th of May 2017 I went to House of Coffee in Woodlands Boulevard to place an order for 3 people when I got there I was not notice I was seen that no one paid attention to me I took the menu and set waiting to be assisted to find nobody wanted to help me I waited 5 close to 10 minutes and I was assisted by the rudest waitress I told I've been waiting for long she tells me that she's only helping me it's not her table I asked her how do I know which is your table and she said I'm just trying to assist you and this is not my table I ask again I need it to just order but now you are being rude she said she could be assisting other tables she didn't need to assist that table I told her I don't like the way she spoke to me and she said to me are you going to order or what I left I went back to the House of Coffee restaurant feeling I wasn't approaching the matter the right way I ask for the manager as I was speaking he told me the ladies was just a system me it wasn't her table what did I want to order and I must take your seat and he will place my order for me he even said he knows its to go and I said yes he said he will send the waiter for me to bring it to my work place he asked where I was working and I told them advanced skin technology he said it's fine I will bring my food through when I got my food the waiter that came through seemed a bit in a rush prices on the menu I had that I took 2 weeks ago from them had changed when I look in them and you can't you let it everything it wasn't the same I told him to bring the menu they had now and he brought a new menu with the different prices I paid him and he left I really wasn't happy with the whole service and I feel in future you shouldn't look at somebody's skin colour how they look what they wearing cause it might not know who comes in the shop and what might they Buy in the restaurant.</p>
