Accepts Ideas

I practically live on House of Coffees products because the taste is always so great. So last year I had an idea for a Christmas special or a Winter special and I emailed through my idea to House of Coffees. Not long after, I actually received a reply from Melissa Rudman to inform me that she'll be forwarding my idea onto the necessary department.

Even if they don't use the idea, just the fact that someone took the time to get back to me shows what kind of company a place is...
