Misrepresenting of a product

This company is misleading people. I bought a frosted and glass chess set from them. when I got to Pretoria inside it was just glass, but the box is written frosted and glass. When I ask them they do acknowledge that it’s like that and their costumers do not have problem with it, which is a clear misrepresentation of a product. How can you sell me an IPhone but inside is Motorola. Now I am stuck with a wrong product.
