Wrong product. Company doesn't want to replace

I ordered 3 name badges with magnetic clips. I paid for the order as well as the courier. I repeatibly had to send proof of payments as according to them they could not find the payment. Repeatedly. Then the courier can back stating that he wasn't able to deliver the package. I phone them again. They gave them the wrong address. I did give them the right address. So this is their mistake. When the package arrived at long last the badges wasn't equipped with magnets but with pins. I paid for magnetic fasteners. So I have to phone again. A lady called Celesté assured me that it was their mistake and they will send me the correct pins that I ordered free of charge. This morning I got an email asking if I want to make a new order. This is ridiculous as they supp**** me with the wrong goods. I paid for the magnets.
