WORST SERVICE EVER

Pathetic *********** staff ,first my email went to spam then finally retrieved. gave code, colour and size of trophies and still couldn't give a quote/order. 5 days later and 13 emails via correspondence still no joy from Celeste .Couldn't even understand ENGLISH ,couldnt give a quote on email sent .What was worse could understand that my answers to her question via email corresponded to previous emails sent . After numerous times of phoning and corresponding ,finally got hold of Celeste who told me its too late to fulfill my order because she has too many orders. What a waste of my time after 5 days i get told this when i specified i required these trophies urgently .To think i was a big fan of HOUSE OF CHAMPIONS

Although the boss didnot see my ranting and raving by staff he did jump in to assist me and ensure he restored my faith in HOC.The boss Radesh was informed of the service I recieved and took it upon himself to assist me with my order .He was absolutely amazing, short of performing a miracle to ensure my trophies gor delivered on time . .WHEN the owner of a company rolls up his sleeves, and does anything to ensure customer satisfaction you know you dealing with someone who values their customers. STILL IN AWE OF THE ABSOLUTE AMAZING SERVICE I RECIEVED FROM THE OWNER ..CUSTOMER service in South Africa has all but dissapeared but Radesh you have restored my faith in HOC ,Best Service,Best prices , professional and efficient .You will not go wrong with House of Champions for all your trophy requirements .
