Very disappointing service

After I had received good but slow service at the beginning, I am now completely disappointed with H.O.C. I ordered five trophies for our companies awards ceremony, and after a lot of back and forth the layout was given the go ahead and I asked that delivery be made yesterday...

The quote was accepted and wording sent through on 27 October 2017. Payment was made on 1 November 2017.

The awards are still not delivered and the invoice I received does not match the quotation or payment.

Now there is no answer on the phones all day...

Really disappointing service.
