Totally unacceptable servicem

I paid and ordered name befges for my piano lessons. I sent them numerous proofs of payments and they denied that they received the payments. This went on and on until they found the payment in their lousy system. I paid for badges with my name and magnetic fasteners. The courier returned to them because he couldn't find the address. They had given him the wrong address. I did supply the correct address with my order. When the badges arrived it didn't have magnets and but pins. I paid for magnets not pins. When they sent me the replacement badges it was empty. No artwork. What must I do with empty badges? They promised to phone me with regards to the problem. I haven't heard from them!
