Pathetic Service!! Careless people

They don't even deserve ONE STAR!

It is the most pathetic service I need to do their job for them the whole time ask for feedback check up on them as if I am their manager to make sure they get everything right. Even though I've send them a categorized order on an Excel spread sheet they couldn't understand a thing.

When I call the answers is "uh uh uh uh we are busy with it!" They have almost cost our big potential client which is the school for their reward event. The medals they have send were wrong, not proudly work, couldn't even managed to get the quantities correct.

The second time they have sent we received blank medals, now the stickers is not domed but the first order were AND the price you pay is for domed stickers, ribbons were not glued. It took us an hour to finish their work for them.

On the website they say artwork free it is included in medal price when we received the invoice there were an artwork/setup fee of R100 extra.

Never ever order something from them. It will be the biggest mistake, frustration and anger in your life. Spare yourself a heart attack.
