pathetic service

Pathetic service, always empty promises, always wrong items, rude unhelpful staff, never phone back. Ordered medals 11 December 2018 to make sure I dont have a problem this year for my event. When I collected the medals, the ribbons not ready and I had to outsource it and pay extra for it. when I ordered the trophies, they send the wrong items and not enough units. They send the parcel for early bird delivery (TCG ********** 0) with The Courier Guy. It is now 14h48 and I still have not received my parcel. My event started at 10h00 this morning! NEVER EVER will I buy from them again!!!
