COMPLAINT - FACIAL BREAKOUT

As an existing client of House of an Image, I am writing this letter to express my frustration and immense disappointment in your Greenstone store. I went in for a facial wax on Friday 12/10/2018 and experienced the worst breakout, three days later I still have the breakout.

The most disappointing part of this whole experience for me was the fact that even though I am one of your existing clients, when I called to say that I had broken out with induced redness and itching, Instead of asking me to come in so that you could have a look and advise accordingly, I was told over the phone very impersonally to go and buy a soothing cream from clicks. At whose expense? Mine?

I then sought an alternative option from another company that does the same thing and was told that due to the fact that I have varicose veins on my face, I should not have had strip wax done, it should’ve been hot wax and this is possibly the reason for the breakout. Should your Technician not have known this?

I refuse to go out and spend another cent purchasing soothing cream when the damage was done by you.

I look forward to your reply and hearing how you intend to rectify the situation.
