Poor qaulity

On the 27th of June 2015 i bought a lounge suite at House mark in Kempton park for R12700,00 cash. It was a Saturday the Sunday we had people coming over the firts time someone sat on the couches the one armrest broke and the seats saged to the front like it is sloping. The 2 single seats is also doing the same. Were u sit on the seats it discoulers. I phoned them the Monday morning the 29th of June 2015 at just after 09:00 and i spoke to one of the consaultents explayning to him what is going on, he said i must bring it back as if they collect he will charge we R400,00 to do so. Twice i have arranged for people to take it back then his excuse is they do not have enough cash in the shop. Yesterday i spoke to the owner and i was promest that it will be collected today and i will be reinbursed but up to now still no response. Today is 3 weeks after i bought this and still no repsponse the broken R12700,00 piece of **** is still in my house and this is embarrassing as poeple need to look and sit on this **** in my house wich i pay for in cash. Everywere on this suite the meterial stitching is coming undone and stapels and nails is pushing theought the meterial all over
