No rights for the property owner, bad service

I would not recommend the branch in Belville. The quality of tenants are not very good which means as a property owner you loose income and you struggle to get the tenant out of your property. The agent will advise all the steps they have taken to try and reach the tenant, but with no results and the company does not assist with legal steps, so i am sorry to say but in my personal experience you might as well get a family member to manage your property. No protection for the landlord.
