House Hound Belville - Stay away, stay far far away

This agency does not even deserve 1 star. They are a two man band that does not work for the landlord. If you manage to have good tenants, all ok, But they get you the worse tenants, Swear by them, and then there is absolutely no service from this agency in handling tenants, or giving notice to tenants. They end up working for the tenant, not the landlord. I have lost close to R100 000 due to these two agents. What ever you do, NEVER hire these two agents for your rental requirements.
