Zero rated customer service ( communication breakdown)

I bought , garden swing on special on Black friday sale (23 Nov 2018) via online, paid delivery charges also. Till today, I haven't heard from them, how far is my order. Gave numerous calls on ********** 000/ ********** 004. We did send them email with no reply ( ********** ********** ********** My order number is ********** 195.

I think now I have to go to store to cancel my order.
