YOUR AFTER SERVICE SUCKS HOUSE & HOME

I emailed Kobie yesterday and Charmaine is cc'd in the mail, and not one of them responded to my email. I received a sms on Wednesday late afternoon, saying there is an outstanding amount on my account. PLEASE MAKE IT MAKE SENSE IF YOU DEBIT MY ACCOUNT EVERY MONTH ON TIME, HOW CAN THERE BE AN OUTSTANDING AMOUNT?????? How does this become my problem? My name is still not cleared off Credit Score after you Kobie said on email it takes 21 working days, even though I sent you the screenshot stating if the documents is submitted to Experian, it will take 5-10 working days. On the 28th February your 21 days was over, but yet it still shows the same. I have even logged a complaint (yesterday)on your website, and still waiting for someone to contact me via email or phone. Your after service sucks. H & H needs to up their game. I cannot wait for my "contract" to end.
