wrong couch

I bought couches from house and home Arbour crossing, We were told they don't have stock. So We didn't mind waiting a day or 2. Then they called said couch was ready. We collected and upon getting home and unwrapping them we found that our corner couch had 2 sides that were the same,, the arm rests were both on the right. so We called them to let them know,, they said they will check the factory. They called did not call us until i called them upon which time They told Me We have to collect the couch ourselves, I refused and said they made a mistake and so they must find a truck to deliver it, as already first time We paid a truck to collect and We refuse to pay a truck again to correct their mistake.Today is Saturday and I still am stuck with the wrong couch and Today I have guest coming to My house, I am extremely disappointed in their service and the way they have dealt with this. I would Advice anyone to NOT deal with them.
