In the world today it is just so rare and and fortunate to have received such Excellent Customer Service in the Retail Business Industry. Personal Customer Service is a thing of the past back in the years when I worked 30 years ago at The Hyperama House and home in West Street, Durban as a Credit Controller and HP Agreement Screener together with the Credit Bureau. Vijay Garib is so full of potential and a real, true gentleman with humbleness who has gone the extra mile for my husband and myself. His genuinity and understanding of a client should be eanring him not only a better status in this House and Home Division of Gateway Umhlanga but earn him an inclement to his salary where ne can say \Thank You"and then where this enables a staff member to achieve and promote better in his work sphere.
