Wosrt service provided

I asked to make an arrangement with house and home spoke to Cornelia wewege from the accounts division and she could not even assist me with an arrangement letter after I opted to make one She was rude and arrogant this is the first time I hear where I can not be asssited with an arrangement letter for record purposes I am unhappy with the service and feedback from them and when they say they will call back with feedback they don't I had to call again to hear this nonsense , the Pretoria north accounts division did nothing for me and I will not move a finger till I get what I want
