WORST SERVICE THIS DECADE

House&Home Gateway Umhlanga is the worst branch I've ever dealt with, Everyone seems so lost and a manager is never available. I bought an item and was promised next day delivery, its now 5pm and the item hasnt arrived. I stay less that 1.2km away from their warehouse! This is the same issue I had the last time and ended up cancelling the order. Absolutely appalling service, whenever I called in to follow up I spoke to different people and got conflicting messages. The instore service alone is so shocking.....never buy from here, I repeat stay far far far far away...
