Worst service they are ******

I recently bought a bed at house and home in Greenacres paid for it on the 26th of January and was delivered on the 27th of January. Their drivers put the bed in my room it was waiting for me to just make up the bed. While covering up the bed with a night frill the base literally broke. I called them same day told them what had happened. They said they will send the driver on Friday to collect the bed which did not happen. Today they tell me I must send pictures of how the bed broke. How stupid is that?

Because they need to collect that bed and see for themselves, I mean a bed breaking the very same day I receive it. They are busy doing the run around now with my money. House and home is the pits, I am really not impressed with how you treat customers.
