Worst service ever

We had good service from the sales people but the delivery service I think is one of the worst we have ever experienced. I have spoken 7 times to the store who called to say they would be delivering today. I asked if it could be after 3 as we had to go out. I called to let them know we were home at 2:40 and have been on the phone non stop as they said they will call us back and still nothing. It's now 17:30 and nobody has bothered to come back to us not even the manager has called me back to let me know what is happening.
