Worst service ever

Today 24 November 2018 I made myself a Lay buy at OK Furniture at Town centre Mitchell's Plain as I've purchased there before and receive a good service and my family has been supportive over many years and therefore I am doing the same however today I receive the worst service. I made myself a Lay buy and as I provided the sales lady with my personal details I noticed that the spelling of my name is incorrect and I advised her. I was told that she will correct it afterwards. I made a cash payment and after waiting for her I was provided with documents that I need to sign. My name was still incorrect and I advised her that I cannot sign as I know it's wrong to sign for something which is not on my name. The sales lady told me she will correct it afterwards however I was not comfortable with it and advised her that I will rather cancel it and do it over again but she told me the cashier's does not have cash but I just paid cash 5 minutes ago. I was extremely upset because I was very patient and after waiting for almost an hour since she was assisting other customers also she captured my name again on her system but told me she can't print any documents. I only have a slip that shows my deposit but not the other document which has the description of my goods. I am really upset with the service I received today and hope this matter will be resolved.
