worst service

the worst service ever. ordered a stove on 21/12/2021, delivery was supposed to be 5-7 working days. fast forward past that time no stove, the don't communicate or say what the hold up is until I contacted them myself. only then did they say the CPT branch is out of stock and they waiting for stock from JHB. They contact me 07/08/2022 to arrange delivery, I take time off work to wait for the delivery but nothing came. a whole freaken day wasted, waiting for something and no one bothered to call and say they won't be delivering today......The worst service ever, it's as if they don't care.
