worst service

beginning of lock down i tried to see if the insurance i have for my couches would cover me for any kind of loss during the pandemic as i was not getting full salary by then and also risked not getting paid at all.

i knew i had to make a plan to keep my record in good standing,i tried so much to get hold of house and home,rainbow finance and shoprite, long story short, i was in contact with a lady known as Charlotte Davis, i must say the service was **** to date i never got a payment holiday i fell back 3 months on my payments which 2 ive caught up by taking out other loans,i sent her prove from my work email that i would not get paid to date she has not rep****.

@Charlotte i do not want to speak with your collections department, il climb this hill alone and pay what i owe do not call me.
