Worst Online Shopping Terrible Service

Hi,

I am beyond irate and dissatisfied with the service received in connection to an order placed on 26 June which is yet to be delivered.

I had to call to get an update that there was a delay with receiving stock almost at day 6 when this order is due for delivery and when I called again yesterday due to a lack of communication from your side, the agent told me the delivery will be scheduled for yesterday (10/07) as stock was received the previous day. When I followed up again today, the agent **** and said she scheduled the delivery which I doubt she did as she says the DC tried to call me ( a lie) but they could not get a hold of me. I have no calls from anyone

The order is yet to be delivered despite this being way outside of SLA and if this product is not delivered by tomorrow as indicated by your agent then I would like a full refund processed immediately so I can purchase from another vendor since you are unable to deliver/supply said product.

Your service is poor and I even shudder to think what will happen when I get the product and experience issues with it if this is the treatment before I even receive my order. I will not be ordering anything nor recommending anyone to do so via your store. Terrible and just unable to deliver on the SLAs set by yourselves and you lie to customers. How disgusting.
