Worst laybuy service at House and Home waterfall Rustenburg

<p>I made a laybuy for a coffee table and dinner table set at House and Home waterfall mall branch in Rustenburg. I paid about R1000 into the account. I recieved a phone call the sales rep(Charmaine) who was assisting on the 7th of March informing me that the dinner table would be depleted soon. I promised her that I would come pay the full amount that month end. She promised to keep the table until such time. I went back to house and home on the 27th of March with the full amount only to be informed that the dinner table set was already depleted. I then asked for my laybuy money back and was told that the person who can authorize the transaction was away on a course. They also tried calling someone at head office to no avail. I then informed the sales rep and her supervisor that I will come back on another date. I then received a call from the sales rep asking me to come and collect my money. I asked her what documents should I bring, she told me I can only bring an ID copy. I went back to the store 8th of April to collect my money. I was asked for a receipt and I told them that I lost the receipt for the laybuy. They refused to refund me the money saying I should go to a police station and bring back an affidavit. I don't understand why theyre giving me the run around as they can already see that I am on the system. They have my ID copy. I am tired of running around as I live 45minutes away from Rustenburg.</p>
