Worst delivery ever!

I registered this account simply to write a review on the poor service delivery from House and Home. This must be the worst and most abnoxious service delivery which I have experienced. I bought a Hand Blender online on the 02nd of January 2025. After having to continously follow up on the delivery, I was informed that an e-mail was sent for collection which I have still not received. It has taken me approximately eight days to receive my blender. This is honestly why no one shops at House and Home anymore. If I could, I would rate them 0 stars. The individual who I dealt with, goes by the name "Mpho".
