Worst delivery and service. Don't ever do delivery with them

We purchased the couch on Wednesday completed credit Thursday. We asked when delivery will be they said Saturday(today) we called multiple times for the despatch 4 times asking when will it be delivered and we here the same thing you will get a call. So we get a call on the last hour of delivery at 6pm its 8pm and still no delivery. We kept on asking them to determine etc. They kept saying it will be delivered even if it's late. We told them if we don't get it the day they said we canceling the purchase as we got rid of our old couches yesterday so we have no seating and waited an entire day. There delivery and service sucks. I will never buy from them again. Don't do it to yourself. There customer care line just rings. Once the store closes there is no way of tracking your order or delivery.
