Worst customer service House and Home Parklands

I purchased a fridge on the first of april with the condition that it is delivered the same day .Paid Cash+delivery . Called a few times to get an update on delivery with promises that they will check and call back. Called them the next day and still could get clarity as in when my fridge will be delivered. This is the worst service i ever experienced. It seems like the sales people only care about selling and getting their commission
