Worst customer service from house and home

I had punched a Grafton Everest lounge set from house and home in Pietermaritzburg, the salesman told me it had a 4 year warranty.The lounge set has been giving me an issue whereby the 2 seater keeps collapsing, they had changed it once, The colours don't even match and the leather is pealing .The issue keeps happening.The Manager is absolutely useless,he says he will call us back but never returns any calls.
