WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM A MANGER

Bought a fridge at House and Home Blue Route Tokai on Saturday. 3days later freezer is melted the fridge at the bottom never got cold ever. I called the branch this morning and only to be told that they cant do anything because i did not go through the whole delivery process with them therefore they are not responsible for the fridge not working. The manager of the store does not even care. All he said was there is nothing he can do. Therefore i lose over r1000 worth of food now and a fridge i bought from them. Manger just does not care at all. Waste of money time and customer service is bull****.
