worst appalling service ever seen in my whole life never will they see my money again

This is the first time ever I wished there was a negative star rating for a company to match the level of incompetence and uselessness.

How can any business do business like this and expect to retain clients I will personally never in my life ever buy from them again.

How can you request a customer to pay for an expensive item of R12999 and only the payment is done inform the client you do not have the item they just paid for and then expect them to wait 5 working days for a refund of the money?

This is only to try and force the client to wait for stock. I could have bought the item at another shop and walked out of the shopping center with the item in hand.

They have just lost a client loyal client of more than 20 years just because of incompetence and shocking horrible service not only do they make you wait for an hour to buy a simple gaming console which should be as easy as walking in and taking it off the shelf paying and leaving.

But no we have to have the worst pos sales system and process that makes you wait half an hour take your money then only tell you sorry you cannot get said item.

Never in my life have I been so furious at the type of service you get from a shop. I will never again set foot in one of their stores and will advise everybody I know to do the same

Absolutely appalling and sickening.
