worse service

i bought a fridge on the 24.11.2022 at house and home tokia...on the 9.12.2022 i notice the fridge wasnt getting cold by saturday my milk cheese polony was off sunday 11.12.2022 i went into store the manager SHAUN was so unprofessional lacked customer services and ddnt know how to deal with customers he was rude and unprofessional....i was adviced that an agent would call 12.12.2022 and a techinian would attend a.s.a.p the monday...come 2pm i called to find out whats happening as i stayed home so that some1 can be there when a technician come only for the manager Shaun to tell me who told me to stay at home as theres a waiting time frame on 48hrs which i was not adviced instore he then continued to speak over me on the call while i was speaking....i eamiled theres customer services to esculate this matter further till today nothing called the store today 15.12 as its the 4th day only to be told they cnt get hold of hisense....i run a take aways weekends and all my things went off which means i cuddnt sell it so im going into a lost...there customer erices dep dsnt answer seems like a dead end and no1 is assisting
