Worse online service in the world.

I love online shopping because it's convenient and saves me time. This has always been my belief and expectation. Well until I ordered from House & Home. It's been 12 days and am still counting. Not only have l not received what I've ordered and paid for. I can't even get hold of them, their line is permanently busy. I am very disappointed to say the least. I don't have a bukkie so l didn't want to be a pain. I ordered online and paid a very ridiculous delivery fee. #HouseandHome
