Worse food ever

My husband bought fried hake at Checkers mountain view Rustenburg it was the worse fried hake ever that hake tasted like three days before hake that was soak in oil am wondering who has a pride and courage to serve or sell food like that and my other question was would they eat it if it was them this kind of food really calls out for food inspector because this is where food poisoning comes from we expect this kind of food from street vendors not Checkers nor not the one from this kind of location this is undermining the customers sies
