WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER --- HOUSE AND HOME MUST FALL!!!!

I am so utterly disgusted by your service. I have been a client for many years and you failed me. I purchased a TV in September on terms and it broke after a month, i was given a new TV in October and on the 30th of December this new TV just switched off no display then the sound also disappeared. Bare in mind its holidays i contact your branch at N1 on the 3rd jan and no one could assist. got in contact monday with Stephanie and was informed i will be assisted in the week of the 13th as your suppliers open by then. Yesterday i received a call to say that process changed. I want this TV cancelled on my name and reimbursed. Imagine i am paying for something which i dont even benefit from. I took out insurance on this TV as well at your store. You guys are pathethic.
