Worse customer experience at House and Home

I regret buying from the Mayville branch. I bought a KIC chest freezer. Before I can hire transport for delivery, I went into the store to ask it my order is ready, and I was told..yes it is ready I can organise transport. When transport arrive, my order is not there. Agreed with their admin manager to order it and deliver it bcoz I already procured transport. Today the sales person called me telling me, they can not deliver it for free. I will go get my money back simple as that ...
