Worn out furniture

I'm appauled, I bought furnishes from House and home on 14 th Ave. For my new home. The dining room sweet was the last one and had been on their floor. Although the manager gave R1000 discount the couches where worn out. It's barely been 2 months and the boards on the seats gave and the spring came out on the other couch. This is poor craftsmanship and definitely not worth R5000.
