Why so difficult to buy from you

Long story short, I've spent almost a week applying for credit to buy furniture at a store which could have been done online(online says go in store). I've been exposed numerous times to potential covid infection to simply get an answer whether I'll qualify or not, which again could have been done by sending an sms(which i know now). I told your consultant on the phone that I have chosen not to take the items as my window of opportunity to take possession of the items has past, and will only be possible in over a month time again, so I decided to buy cash else where. I have given house and home alot of support over the years, but your lack of interest in rectifying your problems has now put me off of house and home and am now actively telling to avoid your frustrating stores as ease to do business is not on your list. I won't beg you to take my money
