What a terrible service !

On Wednesday, 25 September 2019, I bought two beds, a queen size and 3/4 size. I was promised that beds would be delivered the following day (Thursday) or Friday. I arrived there on Friday to check, was told the bed was still coming from the warehouse. Finally the sales person convinced me to take the one on the floor, in desperation I agreed but the drivers advised me to take a serious look at it. I realized it was very dirty. I finally went home and slept on the floor, and my son who had brought me stuff, slept on the floor as well. It was very unfair and I was hoping to buy more furniture from them but after this experience, I am not so sure.
