We've ordered a lounge suite and coffee table from OK furniture Shoprite park, completed all the necessary forms at the store on the 25th of January

We've ordered a lounge suite and coffee table from OK furniture Shoprite park, completed all the necessary forms at the store on the 25th of January. After 3 weeks we've received our lounge suite, this despite the fact that we've completed a form advising of the change of address but the delivery was attempted at the old address. To date, we've only received the suite, no coffee table, again despite the the fact that we've called them more than 14 times, no courtesy call from them. This is poor customer service
