We don't need your money send an email to head office tell them I'm arrogant

I was told by a consultant that they don't need my money he doesn't care if i don't buy from the shop again. He threw his hands in the air and said the other consultant and it must resolve our issues he has no time and i have no one else in the shop to report to as the bug stops with him. He then told me to write and email to head office and tell them that he is arrogant. This was after i had received a faulty bed and was accused of breaking the bed on the day of delivery. So here i am telling the whole world that house and home doesn't need my stupid money
